Jayz Stays is a luxury short-term rental design and management firm. We help property owners de-commoditize their rentals, command higher nightly rates, and build assets that perform both in person and online.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Ryan and Jireh, Jayz Stays began in 2022 with the management of our own short-term rental property. What started as a hands-on personal investment quickly revealed a gap in the market.
