The host did a surface renovation of a mid-1970s house. The walls had been repainted, but it was obvious that, in most cases, they had just repainted walls with textured paint to cover up old imperfections. They also turned a closet into a bedroom, created a shower in the primary bedroom in an odd place, and put a toilet and sink laundry room in an unusual manner. They left in place odd things like old ceiling plant hooks, old vents, and even an old non-functional intercom and whole-house music system from the 1970s. The design of the place was fine. But it was clear they made changes to maximize the property's appeal in photos while minimizing the cost of renovating a house that probably hadn't been renovated since 70s. Basically, they made the kind of renovations you'd see when someone isn't living in the house full time but wants to maximize its attractiveness on AirBnB. The property was just "okay," but the rate was very high for Omaha. Also, AC didn't work well upstairs.

The home was very nice and the pool was fantastic. Plenty of space for a large group. Easy to grill, hangout by the pool and enjoy the summer sun. Everything we needed was available to us and the host was very responsive. Great spot for the Omaha area.

This is a very special house in a fantastic neighborhood. Such a cool setup in the dining area, living room and backyard. Kids loved the pool with the huge floaties and of course the movie theatre. Quiet friendly neighborhood that is very walkable. Jireh was fantastic and everything was easy and seamless. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

This place was amazing. It was stocked with all the essentials that you would need. Felt like a resort. We spent so much time in that backyard and it was so peaceful and lovely. Couldn't have asked for a better place. The host was always so communicative. Ten out of ten, I would recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous stay. Everything was perfect and communication was excellent. Would love to come again when the pool is open and enjoy even more amazing commendations! Will definitely be staying here again!

Great spot for our family getaway !

This place was exactly how it was described. Very nice and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of activities inside the home to enjoy from the game room, sitting area and the in home theater. The location made it easy to get to any restaurant and grocery store. I will definitely be staying here again.
